A morning to reconnect body, mind and hormones
Some mornings remind you why taking care of yourself is worth it. On October 17th, Mimosa Women's Club is hosting one of those experiences: an intimate morning, with very limited spots, designed to leave you feeling lighter in body and clearer in mind.
We open with a Yin Yoga session — a slow, deep practice that works the connective tissues, releases accumulated tension and brings the nervous system into stillness. No experience needed. Just a willingness to slow down.
Then, Maychef Atelier prepares a healthy, thoughtfully crafted brunch — food designed to nourish, not weigh you down. Eating well is also an act of self-respect.
And to close, the part we're most excited about: Dr. Berta Pedreño gives us an exclusive presentation of her book Psychoneuroimmunoendocrinology — a work that explains, in an accessible and personal way, how hormones, the gut and emotions are deeply connected. How stress affects your cycle. How the microbiome shapes your mood. How understanding your body changes the way you care for it.
A conversation we've needed to have for a long time.
Very limited spots. Book through the Mimosa
