We also automatically collect technical browsing data through cookies and similar technologies when you visit mimosa.ad.

5. Communications via WhatsApp
Mimosa uses WhatsApp Business as a customer service and booking management channel. By contacting us through this channel, you agree that your messages and contact information may be processed for the sole purpose of managing your request. We will not use your WhatsApp number to send you marketing communications without your prior consent. WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., subject to its own privacy policy available at whatsapp.com/legal.
6. How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data for as long as necessary to provide you with the contracted services and, once the relationship has ended, for the periods legally required by Andorran tax and commercial regulations. Generally, this period will not exceed 5 years from the last interaction.

Shopify Inc. — the technology platform that hosts our store and manages payments
Bsport — the club's booking and membership management platform
Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business) — the customer service and booking channel
