What is Barre?

Barre is a fusion of ballet technique, Pilates, and strength training. Small, controlled movements, repeated until you feel a tremor; because that's precisely where the transformation happens. You don't need to have ever danced before. You just need the desire to move well.

Barre Signature

The Mimosa experience in its purest form. Isometrics, pulses, carefully curated music. Strength, posture, and full-body definition.

Power Barre

Advanced variations, dynamic transitions, pulses pushed to the limit. The same method, but taken to the extreme. For those who already know the bar.

Barre & Stretch

Strength + deep mobility. Alternates barre blocks with mindful flexibility work. Perfect as a supplement or for athletes.
