1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services offered by Mimosa, the trading name of Warwolf (NRT: F-369306-K), located at Av. Princep Benlloch, 30, Encamp, AD200, Andorra. Contact: hola@mimosa.ad

By booking a class, purchasing a voucher, or subscribing to a membership at Mimosa, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Mimosa is a boutique women's Barre, Yoga, and Pilates studio located in Encamp, Andorra. We offer small group classes, private sessions, and monthly memberships. Reservations are required for all classes.

3. Bookings

Bookings can be made through mimosa.ad, via WhatsApp at +376 696 410, or by email to hola@mimosa.ad. Your spot is confirmed once you receive confirmation from the Mimosa team. Spaces are limited and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Cancellations

To cancel a reservation without penalty, you must notify us at least 12 hours before the start of the class. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance or no-shows without prior notice will be considered used and will be deducted from your voucher or billed at the corresponding single-class price.

5. No-Show Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore, we apply the following policy:

First time: a friendly reminder without penalty

From the second time onward: the class will be considered used and will be deducted from your voucher or billed at the single-class price. We appreciate you letting us know if you cannot attend so we can offer your spot to other clients.

6. Vouchers

Class vouchers are personal and non-transferable and cannot be shared or given to third parties.

5-Class Voucher: valid for 1 month from the activation date.
10-Class Voucher: valid for 3 months from the activation date.
Once a voucher has expired, unused classes will not be refunded or transferred. In exceptional, duly justified cases—such as illness or injury with a medical certificate—Mimosa will individually assess the possibility of extending the voucher's validity.

7. Memberships

Mimosa memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 months and are automatically renewed each month. Payment is processed monthly on the date of purchase.

To cancel a membership, you must notify us at least 15 days before the monthly renewal date. Cancellations received after this deadline will take effect in the following billing period.

Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Mimosa reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership in case of repeated breaches of these Terms.

8. Prices and Payment Method

The current prices are those published on mimosa.ad at the time of purchase. Mimosa reserves the right to modify its rates with a minimum of 30 days' notice to active clients.

Payment can be made online through mimosa.ad or at the studio. Accepted payment methods are credit/debit card and bank transfer.

9. Refunds

Vouchers and memberships are non-refundable once activated, except in the following cases:

Technical error in billing
Temporary or permanent closure of the studio due to causes beyond the client's control
Serious illness or injury duly documented with a medical certificate
In these cases, Mimosa will offer a proportional refund or credit for future use, as applicable.

10. Studio Rules

To ensure the best experience for all clients, we ask that you:

Arrive at least 5 minutes before class.
Always notify us if you cannot attend.
Respect the space, equipment, and other clients.
Do not use your mobile phone during classes.
Wear non-slip socks in Barre and Reformer classes.
Mimosa reserves the right to deny access or cancel the membership of any client who does not respect these rules or the club's atmosphere.

11. Liability

Participation in Mimosa classes involves physical activity. By booking a class, the client declares that they are in adequate physical condition to practice. Mimosa is not responsible for injuries resulting from the failure to disclose prior medical conditions. If in doubt, we recommend consulting a medical professional before starting.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on mimosa.ad—text, images, design, trademark, and trade name—is the property of Warwolf and is protected by Andorran and international intellectual property laws. Its reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without express authorization.

13. Modifications

Mimosa reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Active clients will be notified of any relevant changes by email at least 15 days in advance.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Andorran courts, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
