Refund policy

1. Class Cancellation

You can cancel your booking without penalty by notifying us at least 12 hours before the start of the class. You can do this via WhatsApp at +376 355 880 or by email to hola@mimosa.ad.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance or no-shows without prior notice will be considered used and will be deducted from your voucher or billed at the corresponding single-class price.

2. No-Show

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. We apply the following policy:

First time: a friendly reminder, no penalty.

From the second time onward: the class is considered used and will be deducted from your voucher or billed at the single-class price. We ask that you always let us know if you cannot attend—this allows us to offer the spot to other clients.

3. Voucher Expiration

Vouchers have the following expiration dates from activation:

5-Class Voucher: 1 month
10-Class Voucher: 3 months
Unused classes after the voucher's expiration date will not be refunded or transferred. In exceptional, duly justified cases—such as illness or injury with a medical certificate—we will individually assess the possibility of extending the expiration date. Contact us at hola@mimosa.ad.

4. Membership Cancellation

Memberships have a minimum term of 3 months and are automatically renewed each month.

To cancel your membership, you must notify us at least 15 days before the monthly renewal date. Cancellations made after this deadline will take effect in the next billing period.

No refunds will be issued for the billed period except for justified reasons.

5. Refunds

Vouchers and memberships are non-refundable once activated, except in the following cases:

Technical error in payment processing
Temporary or permanent closure of the studio due to reasons beyond the client's control
Serious illness or injury, duly documented with a medical certificate
In these cases, Mimosa will offer a proportional refund or credit for future use, as applicable. To request a refund, please write to hola@mimosa.ad with the subject line "Refund Request," attaching the relevant documentation. We will respond within a maximum of 5 business days.

6. Private Sessions

Private sessions can be canceled free of charge with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will be billed in full.
